Streamlined Event Coordination: For complex events like inaugural lectures, we developed a management tool that tracked progress and provided clear historical context. This replaced ambiguous guidelines and manual task management, making the entire planning process more efficient and transparent.
Structured Staff Onboarding: We replaced the outdated manual onboarding process with an automated system. Now, new staff instantly receive updated resources, clear guidance, and a structured introduction, ensuring they feel supported and integrated from day one.
